Orders & Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 hours of successful order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, during launches or during unusually high order volumes may require additional processing time.

After dispatch, delivery time depends on Delhivery serviceability, the customer's destination and courier operations. Delivery timelines may also be affected by weather, public holidays, high shipment volumes and other circumstances beyond BOLD CAVE's reasonable control. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date unless expressly stated.

Customer shipping is FREE for every order. Delivery serviceability is still checked during checkout before payment.

BOLD CAVE uses Delhivery as its shipping and logistics partner to facilitate order fulfilment, shipment tracking and delivery services.

Orders are delivered to locations supported by our logistics partners. Certain remote, restricted or otherwise non-serviceable PIN codes may not be eligible for delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete delivery address, including PIN code and active phone number. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer's responsibility.

After dispatch, a tracking link or tracking number may be provided by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available channel.

If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the order is refused, or repeated delivery attempts fail, the shipment may be returned to the sender. Re-shipment may be subject to additional charges.

For Cash on Delivery orders, if offered, customers may be required to provide a valid phone number and confirm the order. Repeated refusal or misuse of COD may result in restrictions on future COD availability.

If the outer package is visibly damaged or tampered with, photograph/video the package before opening where reasonably possible. If the product is damaged, leaking or materially affected, retain the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and evidence.

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photographs/video of the package and contents.

Delivery may be affected by weather, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, courier disruptions, government restrictions, high shipment volumes or other events beyond reasonable control.
